Returns & Exchanges

At Veinci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
